Online registration in advance is mandatory for health seekers and customers before arrival at Sanskrit Wellness Centre
Period of stay at Sanskrit Wellness Centre will be minimum 5 days and maximum 30 days Health seekers and customer can book their accommodation for more than 5 days to desired period Amount credited will not be refunded if health seekers and customers are leaving before completion of booked period Therapies and medicines will be prescribed by Consultant Physician.

If the client seeks a postponement, the changed schedule desired should be sent via E-mail to registration department, to reach 5 days before the scheduled date of arrival. Telephonic information will not be valid.
Only one revision is permitted subject to availability of accommodation with a deduction of 50% from the booking amount.
If the client does not present himself / herself on the revised schedule date, the deposited amount shall be forfeited.
No money, in any form, will be refunded to a client leaving the treatment before 7 days and more than 7 days refunding will be done according to management decision.
In case the registration is cancelled, the following norms would apply: -

15 days prior to the scheduled date, there shall be a deduction of 50%.
Cancellation within 15 days of scheduled date of booking, there shall be a deduction of 100%.
No refunds are permissible if instead of two clients, one client is arriving.
In case of cancellation, we will not refund any amount, if any client does not come.
If the client cancels the reservation less than 15 days prior to scheduled date or if he / she does not present himself / herself on the scheduled date then they will get one more chance to get registration, but after that if he / she does not present himself / herself on the scheduled date then No refunds are permissible.
Two people may include two health seekers or one client and one attendant.
Below 7 Days Package are for Stay Only & More Than 7 Days Package are for Treatments/ Cleansing
Patients are advised to read and follow the norms at Sanskriti Wellness Centre religiously.
Prior registration should be done for both the clients, if there are two clients. If second client’s registration is not done before and if after coming, he wants to take treatment then he has to pay extra charges.
For client reaching Sanskriti Wellness Centre without advance registration, the Consultant Physician will only do subject to availability of accommodation and on acceptance of registration.
Consultation charge for OPD clients will be INR 500 per consultation, which will be adjustable in prescribed therapies.
Clients will not be entertained at Sanskriti Wellness Centre earlier than the booking day.
Security checking will be there before check in and after check out for your and our safety.
Please carry a valid id such as aadhar card, voter id, driving license, passport for check in Check in time on the scheduled day of arrival is – 2.00 PM. This day will be utilized for orientation and consultation with Doctors. Check out time will be 12.00 PM on the scheduled day of departure.
Patient have to describe everything about his disease, at the time of Consultation. If doctor find any chronic illness which is not described by the patient at the time of registration, final decision given by consultant physician will be binding on the patient.
If client’s condition is not fit for treatment on arrival, Consultant physician will take final decision regarding admission & treatment.
Client reaching later than 4.00 PM on the scheduled day; shall be able to meet the doctor on the subsequent day at 9.00 AM, and treatment shall commence by 11.00 AM only.
Arrival and departure days will be included in treatment days.
Client will be responsible for any damages to our amenities during their stay.
For daily routine, follow the website. Changed routine will be displayed on website.
Children will not be allowed to accompany the health seeker. If you come with Children, you will not be admitted as health seeker.
If the child is a client, then he/she can be considered for treatment only if he/she accompanies his/her parents/guardian/care taker.
During menstrual cycle, please do not make any booking at Sanskriti Wellness Centre, which will not provide you appropriate benefit(s) through treatment during your menstrual periods.
The international patients must ensure that they have a valid visa for their period of registration at the time of booking their services.
All Patients are required to mention a valid Emergency Contact for information.
